• 1-3 years of food service experience
• Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Set up food stations with proper items, utensils, and signage.
• Serve food portions to customers according to standard portion sizes and dietary requirements.
• Assist with basic food prep, such as chopping vegetables.
• Greet guests courteously and answer questions about menu items.
• Handle customer complaints or refer to a supervisor as needed.
• Operate cash register or POS system if assigned.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and dining areas clean throughout the shift.
• Properly dispose of food waste and recyclables.
