Security Officer - Unarmed Driver Patrol

As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol in El Dorado Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Residential Patrol Officer where you will monitor and patrol a community location, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or community access points while observing visitor, resident, and vendor activity and following assigned post orders.
• Document security-related activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
