Responsibilities

Design Manager

A desirable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished professional responsible for ensuring that the resident standard and upgrade selection strategy is implemented when working with future residents during the selection process of standard and upgrade finish selections. This selected candidate acts as a liaison between the Project Manager, Sales Team and future residents.


Qualifications

Additional responsiblilities include, but is not limited to:

*Background in residential upgrade selection or tenant development work.
*Ability to develop and maintain one-on-one client relationships.
*Budgeting and construction coordination of resident improvement work.
*Highly developed computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with AutoCAD a plus.
*Basic knowledge of construction methodology and an ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
*Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Interior Design or similar field is required. Bachelor's degree is required. Concentration in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred.

Additional requirements include:

*Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills including public speaking.
*Ability to network with local community leaders, organizations, and professionals in the local market.
*Knowledgeable about the operations, services and continuum of care in all venues in the community (independent living, assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing)
*Possess a good working relationship with the local media.

Pay Range

USD $70,923.33 - USD $88,641.75 /Yr.
