Physical Therapist - Pediatric Therapy

This position will float between Elizabethtown and Radcliff locations

PRN - As needed

Job Description:

• Performs all patient evaluations, writes Plan of Care in accordance with MD.

• Completes required documentation and submits within the allotted timeframe.

• Maintain standards of quality in accordance with accepted standards and hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Kentucky license as a physical therapist required. Requires a Bachelor, Master or Doctoral degree from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE), or higher.

• BLS preferred at hire, required within 90 days after hire.
