Work Schedule:

20% FTE, part-time. Day/Evening shift, 1-2 shifts per week working 7am-330pm, including rotating Saturdays 7am-1230pm. You will work at the UW Health Belvidere Hospital.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications
Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Licenses and Certifications
CPR Certification. Preferred
