Due to the onsite requirements of this position, applicants are expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the designated work location (Chelmsford, MA). This role does not offer relocation.

Job Summary

ZOLL Medical is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to provide support to our Talent Acquisition Team. Duties will include supporting our recruiting team, scheduling and working on various programs and initiatives within the department. This role will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Essential Functions

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with the following:
  • Scheduling interviews for candidates
  • Travel arrangements for candidates when needed
  • Temp conversion process
  • College Recruiting including but not limited to:
  • Scheduling of visits to fairs and networking events
  • Printing of collateral materials
  • Representing ZOLL at local fairs (if needed)
  • Ordering of giveaways
  • Sourcing as needed
  • Auditing of requisitions in Applicant Tracking System
  • Running metric reports
  • Other projects as needed / assigned

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Associate's Degree in Business or related field preferred, will take experience in lieu of degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting an HR/Recruiting Department required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications
  • Must have strong organization and prioritizing skills
  • Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

The hourly pay rate for this position is:

$27.00 to $35.00
