Role Description & Responsibilities

Our Dassault Systemes Business Development Hub team for cloud is excited to announce we have a Part time, Hybrid internship opportunity available in our San Diego, CA office!

The Business Development Hub Success team is dedicated to enabling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for virtual twins across multiple industries. Your role involves responsibilities in the following areas:

• Gaining exposure to sales processes and operational excellence and transformation.
• Working closely with our sales operations team and sales team to understand and assist with the end to end sales process at Dassault Systemes.
• Contributing by interacting with multiple teams including sales, operations, and finance to ensure timely deal management to win opportunities.

You will be part of a team that plays a crucial role in ensuring deployment readiness of workflow and usability. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team with skills in the following areas:

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges related to applying processes and identifying areas of improvement or support to encourage process efficiencies
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, gather requirements from stakeholders, and document & present critical information for both operations and sales teams.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and explore innovative approaches to enhance currently available or devise novel capabilities for streamlining operational workflows.
• Self-Motivation and Learning Agility: Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and methodologies, as well as the ability to work independently and adapt to evolving project requirement

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled bachelor's or graduate student in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

• Sales Operations Acumen: Strong foundational understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM platforms

• Data & Analytics Skills: Experience working with data to generate insights, build dashboards, or support forecasting

• Process & Systems Thinking: Ability to identify inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives across sales workflows, reporting, or enablement programs

In addition to working with your direct team, as a member of Dassault Systemes NAM Intern Program you will be invited to our Speaker Series, Lunch and Learns, Networking Events and employee functions.
