The Expertise and Skills You Bring * Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite and dominKnow. * Experience with video capture and editing. * Familiar to the Microsoft Power Platform or Tableau. * Strong in-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design including experience with creating learning strategies, deployment plans, and evaluation methods. * Ability to identify and leverage an array of learning mediums and tools to drive impact and engagement. * Experience using Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) to deliver skill and role-based trainings. * Development and management of learning evaluation strategies. * Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management. * Ability to build and maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually. * Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction. * 5 - 7 years of solution design and development experience in a corporate setting Additional Skills & Qualifications Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning, talent and people.
