IT Technician OnSite Position Overview An IT Technician is needed to provide highquality technical support in a fastpaced, servicedriven environment. This role involves assisting end users by phone and email, resolving hardware and software issues, and supporting both local and remote customers. The technician will work across Windows and mobile platforms, perform accountrelated tasks, and troubleshoot a wide range of devices and connectivity issues. Key Responsibilities * Provide customerfocused technical support via phone, email, and inperson interactions. * Log all incoming requests and document troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system. * Resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. * Support remote users, including troubleshooting remote access and connectivity issues. * Perform basic account administration tasks such as creating users and resetting passwords. * Troubleshoot operating system, application, and hardware issues. * Configure and support Mac desktops and laptops as needed. * Resolve printer and peripheralrelated issues. * Meet servicelevel expectations in a highvolume support environment. * Assist with additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Strong desktop support skills for both onsite and remote users. * Proficiency with Windows operating systems and productivity applications. * Familiarity with remote access tools and VPN technologies. * Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices across multiple platforms. * Experience working with ticketing systems. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work onsite fulltime. * High school diploma or equivalent. * CompTIA A+ certification preferred. * 2+ years of IT support experience. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
