Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring a Mobility Advisor III - Home Sale in Parsippany, NJ. This is a hybrid role requiring two days /week in the Parsippany office. The Mobility Advisor III - Home Sale delivers an exceptional and seamless relocation experience for transferring employees. This role primarily provides advanced guidance throughout the home sale and home finding processes, ensures policy compliance, manages complex transactions, and partners with clients, brokers, and suppliers to drive successful outcomes. The Advisor may also support additional move types - both domestic & international. The role serves as trusted expert who anticipates needs, resolves issues proactively, and maintains precise, timely documentation to support a smooth, worry-free mobility journey. The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
