  Conduct detailed inspections of boilers, HRSG systems, and auxiliary equipment using visual, mechanical, and ultrasonic methods

  Perform boiler performance testing and combustion tuning to improve efficiency, reliability, and emissions compliance

  Analyze operational data such as NO, CO, O levels, steam flow, pressure, and temperature to identify performance gaps

  Develop and deliver technical reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans

  
  
• 
  

  Troubleshoot combustion, mechanical, and system performance issues in field environments

  
  
• 
  

  Support outage planning and execution, ensuring proper inspection scope and coverage

  Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry codes during all field activities

  Collaborate with engineering teams and clients to communicate results and implement performance improvements

  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

  
  
• 
  

  Minimum of 3 years of experience in boiler or HRSG inspection and performance tuning

  
  
• 
  

  Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with combustion systems, burner management, and emissions compliance testing

  Proficiency in inspection techniques including visual inspection, ultrasonic thickness testing, and borescope evaluations

  Strong technical writing and reporting capabilities

  Ability to work in industrial environments, including confined spaces and elevated structures

  Willingness and ability to travel extensively and perform hands-on fieldwork

  Background in power generation, utilities, or heavy industrial boiler systems

  Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME Boiler Code, NBIC, and ASME PTC

  Experience with tuning software, instrumentation, and portable emissions analyzers
