We are actively hiring a
Business Process Consultant - Systems, Architecture & Outreach tojoin our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Northern Virginia to provide Systems Engineering support, Knowledge Management and customer outreach.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Create reports and briefings that easily and succinctly describe complex program information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Validate, document and manage stakeholder expectations in concert with customer.
  • Assist Sponsor managers with modifying or establishing processes to implement strategic plans.
  • Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs).
  • Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums and review deliverables from Sponsor development contracts.
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for the TO Sponsor staff's assigned program.
  • Participate in lab or "on-the-street" characterization testing of a system, as needed.
  • Provide presentations, programmatic support, and program branding to transform how the Sponsor manages knowledge in support of its mission.
  • Provide support to develop and implement an information architecture or knowledge management framework to improve efficiencies.
  • Develop communication plans and strategic roadmaps to align with Sponsor strategic plans.
  • Utilize Sponsor's internal and external classified websites to convey the Sponsor's strategic message.
  • Coordinate efforts in support of Knowledge Management and Strategic Planning with offices and other stakeholders as relevant to ensure synchronization across Sponsor agency components and the Intelligence Community.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Familiarity with Sponsor technical communication systems.
  • Level:
    • Bachelors degree with 8years of Intelligence Community support, or 12years with no degree.
  • TS/SCI with polygraph
