Overview The Gilbane Development Company is looking for a Leasing & Compliance Manager who is responsible for overseeing leasing performance and LIHTC compliance execution at Barnaby & 7th Phase II. This role serves as the primary leader for occupancy and regulatory coordination, ensuring that leasing goals are achieved while maintaining strict adherence to affordable housing requirements. Responsibilities Leasing Leadership & Occupancy Management: Qualifications Required: Preferred: Skills & Competencies: * Strong leadership and supervisory skills. * High attention to regulatory detail. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. For Washington DC this ranges from $65,000.00 -$90,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
