Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager develops and implements recruitment strategies to meet an organization's hiring needs. This role manages the talent acquisition team, improves employer branding, and ensures a positive candidate experience while aligning hiring efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet company hiring goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and HR to understand staffing needs.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Manage relationships with job boards, recruiting agencies, and universities.
  • Improve the organization's employer brand and recruitment marketing.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
  • Implement and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Frequent collaboration with hiring managers and executives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • 2-3+ years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
  • Experience in high-volume or specialized recruitment (hourly craft).
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies and analytics.
