Job Title: Practice Coordinator

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Important Note:
Candidates must be self-sufficient and maintain an impeccable attendance record. This is an offsite satellite location and the role serves as the sole front desk staff member responsible for checking in patients, so there is no backup coverage onsite.

Position Overview:
The Practice Coordinator serves as the primary front desk point of contact for patients visiting the Physical Therapy and Lab services at the Lakeshore clinic. This role focuses on delivering an excellent patient experience while coordinating front desk operations and supporting clinic workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients upon arrival.
• Perform patient registration and verify information.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Manage front desk workflow and waiting area coordination.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.Coordinate with Physical Therapy and Lab teams to support patient care services.

Patient Volume:

• Physical Therapy: Approximately 30 patients per day.
• Lab: Approximately 90-100 patients per day.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong patient-facing customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage front desk operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with APeX (Epic) is strongly preferred

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 0800-1700
