Sealed Air is seeking a driven, team-oriented engineering professional to fulfill our current Electrical Engineering position located in Ayer, Massachusetts. The qualified candidate will be responsible for packaging equipment development, with a focus on software and industrial control system design throughout a product's lifecycle. In this role the engineer will innovate and design packaging equipment control systems and related software. Candidates should be comfortable with agile methodologies and communicating with customers. The ability to handle multiple projects, work independently and interact with team leaders as well as peers will be critical. Scope
Position scope includes new equipment development projects, support of legacy equipment, design and support of production test equipment, troubleshooting, problem solving, and cross functional team support. Responsibilities

Competencies
C/C++, C#, Visual Studio, .NET, Python, AutoCAD Electrical, Knowledge of Engineering release processes, Industrial communications; Ether\IP, CIP, PID / Temperature Control Systems, Motor Control, MS Office suite. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $81,900-$141,335 The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
