About the Role:
Support and enhance a mission-critical 60+ year-old Mainframe application (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, Z/OS) while bridging legacy systems with modern tech (SAP/S4).
App is on a 2-year decommission path with potential SAP transition opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
Triage, debug & resolve complex COBOL production issues quickly
Support enhancements, deployments & technical documentation
Bridge legacy mainframe with SAP/S4 or similar technologies
Lead small teams through complex technical situations

Requirements:
10+ yrs IT & COBOL development experience
Proficient in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, Z/OS, Batch Processing
Strong debugging, root cause analysis & technical leadership skills
BS in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have:
SAP, Java, Agile/Jira experience
