We are hiring a Treasury & Risk Manager!!!

This position can be fully remote within the US. Must be willing to travel to any of our current or future locations.

Summary

The Treasury & Risk Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's cash management, banking relationships, liquidity planning, and financial risk mitigation, as well as the company's insurance programs and enterprise risk management activities. This role partners closely with Finance, Legal and Operations, and external advisors to protect the company's assets, optimize capital structure, and manage operational and insurable risks.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Implements and administers organizational treasury policies, governing cash flow and liquidity, debt and credit, interest rate or currency risk, investing and forecasting, and relationships with banks or other financial institutions.
* Manages daily, weekly, and monthly cash positioning, forecasting and liquidity planning.
* Develops and improves short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models
* Manages debt facilities and compliance with loan covenants.
* Manages treasury strategies that ensure liquid funds are available for current capital needs, and assists in implementation of long-term cash management or investment plans that both preserve capital and support strategic goals.
* Oversees bank account structure, signatory authority, and treasury controls.
* Serves as primary point of contact for banks and financial institutions.
* Analyzes and manages the company's exposure to interest rate risk, currency/FX risk, and commodity risk to reduce volatility in earnings and cash flows
* Identifies and evaluates potential risks associated with assigned business units, products or product lines, or programs. Seeks to mitigate liability associated with those risks by proposing and implementing risk reduction strategies, or by insuring the organization against loss.
* Prepares and delivers reports to management teams detailing risks facing the organization, quantifying historical and projected future losses, and describing risk reduction strategies.
* Oversees the selection and negotiation of insurance policies and associated coverage. Participates in the claim review or inquiry process.
* Design, implement, and formalize the company's internal audit framework.
* Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify financial, operational, compliance, and strategic risks.
* Prioritize audit activities based on risk exposure and business impact.
* Design and evaluate internal control structures (including financial reporting controls).
* Assess segregation of duties and process-level controls.
* Develop remediation plans for control gaps.
* Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field (required).
* 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, risk management, corporate finance, or insurance.
* Strong knowledge of cash management, banking, and insurance structures.
* Experience managing insurance programs and claims.
* Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. TIDI Products offers a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees, which currently includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, as well as paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law.
