Working from within the AICOE (AI Center of Excellence), this individual ensures initiatives progress efficiently through planning, governance, delivery, and adoption while maintaining alignment across business, technology, data, and security stakeholders.

This role focuses on execution rather than strategy. The AI Program Manager translates defined priorities into coordinated action, removes delivery friction, and ensures AI initiatives move forward at pace while meeting governance and operational requirements.

  • Ensure approved architectural patterns and SDLC controls and checkpoints are passed for AI initiatives.
  • Coordinate with data governance and data engineering teams to ensure approved datasets and data-access controls are completed prior to pilot execution.
  • Coordinate with compliance team to ensure approval of AI tools and LLM providers in accordance with security requirements.
  • Escalate risks and blockers proactively to AICOE leadership.

Pilot Mobilization & Scaling Support

  • Support mobilization of new AI pilots, including onboarding teams, defining workflows, and establishing delivery structure.
  • Help operationalize and scale pilots defined by AICOE leadership by tracking readiness criteria, ensuring pilots meet defined thresholds before progressing to production deployment.
  • Coordinate readiness activities across governance, data access, and tooling enablement.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to reusable delivery playbooks.

Governance & Operational Readiness

  • Ensure initiatives follow approved AI governance, security, and compliance processes.
  • Coordinate approvals, documentation, and audit readiness activities.
  • Track adherence to guardrails and approved tool usage.
  • Support integration of AI solutions into existing operational processes.

Adoption & Change Execution

  • Support business teams during rollout and early adoption phases.
  • Coordinate training, communications, and enablement activities.
  • Track adoption indicators and identify barriers to usage.
  • Work with stakeholders to embed AI solutions into day-to-day workflows.
  • Coordinate escalation workflow for AI-related incidents or governance breaches to ensure issues are documented and resolved through established risk management processes.

Delivery Reporting & Value Tracking

  • Working within our Delivery COE guidelines, maintain clear reporting on initiative progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Track delivery metrics including time-to-deployment and adoption progress.
  • Validate EBITDA hypothesis for all approved AI initiatives working with finance to track and validate ROI and EBITDA impact.
