This position is designed for current UNM students who are passionate about mentorship, leadership, and fostering inclusive, community-centered environments. RAs will live alongside program participants during the two-week residential component and provide continued support during the one-week virtual experience. They will help facilitate students' academic, social, and personal transition to college while upholding program expectations and university policies.
