Tutors work directly with students to strengthen reading, writing, and comprehension skills, reinforce course content, and promote academic success. * Duties include delivering scheduled tutoring sessions, tracking student progress, maintaining accurate tutoring records, and communicating with program staff regarding student needs and outcomes. * Literacy Tutors may assist with instructional materials, workshops, or literacyfocused activities as needed. All work is performed in accordance with university policies and program goals.
