Summary: The Administrative Assistant (Contact Representative) assists the Supervisory Legal Administrative Specialist, Legal Administrative Specialists, Probate Specialists, BIA attorney-advisors, and Administrative Law Judges in the administration and maintenance of probate issues. The role ensures that clerical and administrative work within the Branch of Probate conforms to established policies and procedures. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: TheAdministrative Assistant (Contact Representative)provides essential administrative and customer service support to the Branch of Probate within the BIA Northwest Regional Office. The primary purpose is toassistthe Supervisory Legal Administrative Specialist, Legal Administrative Specialists, and Probate Specialists in ensuring the effective administration of probate cases involving trust and restricted property.This includes:
