Job Summary The Operations Supervisor is a critical leadership role within power generation facilities, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous electrical energy production. This position requires strong technical expertise, supervisory experience, a high level of safety awareness, and the ability to manage complex operational challenges in varied conditions.
