Required Summary The MIL Corporation seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (HR Business Partner, Associate) to support our DOD Business Units. The HRBP role is a hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the assigned Business Units. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) reports to the HR Director and will be a primary customer-facing partner between HR and Business Unit leadership and staff. The HRBP collaborates with various team members and resources throughout the company. They will provide sound guidance regarding HR policy and process as well as employee management, engagement, retention and development. This position requires at least four days a week on-site in our Lexington Park offices, along with occasional on-site attendance for events and meetings throughout the Southern Maryland area. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
