SUMMARY OF DUTIES

The HRIS Systems Analyst provides advanced system management, configuration, analysis, administration, and training for the organization's workforce technology platforms. This role has primary responsibility for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and provides secondary support for HRIS operations within Workday.

This position partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure systems effectively support workforce operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

Role Focus

* Primary focus (approximately 70%): UKG Pro Workforce Management, including configuration, governance, analytics, training, and optimization

* Secondary focus (approximately 30%): Workday HCM support related to workforce processes, integrations, and cross-system initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

1. Provides advanced functional and technical support for the UKG Pro WFM platform.

2. Serves as the subject-matter expert for UKG Pro WFM configuration, including scheduling, timekeeping, absence management, and system integrations.

3. Builds and maintains UKG Pro WFM configuration to ensure alignment with business processes, compliance requirements, and operational needs.

4. Partners with HRIS to support Workday HCM functionality.

5. Assesses, analyzes, and documents system needs and business requirements.

6. Develops, implements, and maintains global system standards and governance practices

7. Designs, builds, and maintains system reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.

8. Designs and delivers system training for end-users and staff responsible for Level 1-2 support.

9. Creates and maintains training materials, job aids, and documentation.

10. Troubleshoots incidents, identifies root causes, and implements corrective actions.

11. Performs configuration, setup, testing, maintenance, and security administration.

12. Recommends and implements system enhancements and process to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

13. Supports enterprise-wide initiatives, implementations and cross-functional projects.

14. Performs other related duties as assigned.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

* Three (3) or more years of hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM (required) and Workday preferred.

* Experience leading or supporting projects/implementations, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Handson configuration with timekeeping/scheduling/absence and/or core HCM or related modules.

  • Experience with integrations, data mapping, and basic security concepts.

  • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.

  • Prior experience with HRIS reporting.

  • Exposure to governance frameworks.
