Whatyouwill do:



  • Daily Recalc report processing including modifying sales order costs due to changes in a rebate contract, new contract, procured or tagged items.
  • Communicate and work closely with our Vendor partners, Sales associates, Pricing team and Purchasing and maintain accurate cost and sell contract levels.


  • Request, download and upload vendor supplied customer rebate Spa's into Eclipse.
  • Update changes for new products, pricing and expirations for existing Spa's.
  • EDI queue management includes processing Spa rebates, researching unmatched contracts and attaching them to validated customers.
  • Validate and upload approved sell contract requests from sales managers.
  • Research and identify solutions for Square D and related small project rebate jobs.


  • Reconcile discrepancies from monthly rebate filing and assist managing the rebate department's unbilled aging reporting.
  • Provide audit support to ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policy.
  • Maintain and submit monthly wire fund credit allocations for low margin commodity sales orders.
  • Run expiring rebate/contract and communicate with salespeople upcoming expiring vendor Spa's.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline rebate administration.

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and pricing data with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of rebate structures, tiered programs, and margin analysis.
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.



Physical Requirements and Work Environment



  • This job is performed primarily in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Salary Range: $20 - $25/ hr based off experience

Location: Cranbury, NJ

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
