Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Analyst - Hybrid position with a Major Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. We are seeking a senior level Data Analyst to support an Insider Risk program. This role supports business decision-making by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data using accessible tools and methods. This role focuses on deriving insights from reports and dashboards without requiring deep coding or technical expertise and is for a hands-on, data-driven individual. Responsibilities: Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance using Excel or BI tools Prepare visualizations, charts, and summary reports for stakeholders Collaborate with business units to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy Support ad hoc data requests and routine reporting Maintain documentation and ensure consistency across reporting processes Requirements: 10+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI Exposure to SQL and relational databases Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data in a business context Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Basic understanding of data governance and privacy principles Desired skills: Strong SQL database skills Pay rate up to $56.37 per Hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
