Minimum Degree and Field of Specialized Knowledge: Doctoral degree in psychology.
Minimum Years of Experience Required in Field: Candidates must have completed internship training required for a doctoral degree in clinical psychology.
No Licensure Required. Candidate is in process of receiving clinical supervision leading to licensure eligibility.
Description Candidates for this clinical fellowship will be expected to follow individually assigned patients for individual psychotherapy, behavior management therapy, case management and assessment for patients with substance abuse and other mental illnesses. Candidates will be expected to provide all necessary documentation for the services they provide. This documentation must meet JCAHO, McLean Hospital, and program standards.
Supervision: All clinical activities performed by the candidate will be under the supervision of an independently licensed mental health professional.
