We're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, not just responding to tickets. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll own customer cases end-to-end-diagnosing issues, identifying patterns, and driving clear, timely resolutions. You'll also handle inbound and outbound calls while managing cases, requiring strong multitasking, organization, and the ability to deliver great service across multiple channels.
