Life Takes You Places! Are you ready to join us? Compensation: The starting base salary range for a Supervisor - Application Development is $87,000 to $162,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and internal equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance. Supervisor - Application Development Overview This role is responsible for managing an application development team, including staffing, work assignments, performance management, and employee development. The supervisor will also develop and prioritize project plans and requirements, ensuring that all application development complies with IT policies, security, and regulatory requirements.
