As a Security Officer - Patrol Cadence in Lower Manhattan, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet tenants and visitors, respond to requests, and communicate observations to site leadership while documenting activity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and common areas, verify credentials or visitor authorization when required, and assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic in accordance with site policies.
• Complete timely reports and logs for incidents, patrol activity, and observations, and communicate key updates to supervisors and/or site contacts during shift turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a New York State Security Guard License.
• Be 21+ Years of Age.
• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Loss Prevention - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
