Partnering DSV - Global transport and logistics Location: Lancaster, TX Division:Road SUMMARY The P&O Specialist, Driver Recruiting, is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified CDL-A drivers to support our growing transportation operations. This role plays a critical part in building and maintaining a strong driver pipeline, ensuring compliance with DOT/FMCSA hiring regulations, and supporting the business's driver retention and growth goals. The ideal candidate is energetic, resourceful, and results-driven and capable of managing a high volume of requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and partnering closely with operations leaders to meet staffing needs. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Work is primarily sedentary and performed in an office or remote setting, requiring frequent use of a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment. The role requires regular use of hands for typing, handling documents, and navigating recruiting systems, as well as frequent talking and listening while communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and operational leaders. Some movement, such as standing, walking, or light lifting (up to 15 pounds), may occasionally be necessary when supporting recruiting activities or attending on-site events. The position may also require travel to driver terminals, job fairs, or recruiting locations, which could involve extended periods of standing or walking. Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is typically performed in a professional office or remote environment with frequent collaboration with HR, Operations, Safety, and Compliance teams. The role may occasionally require travel to driver terminals, recruiting events, job fairs, or operational sites to support driver hiring initiatives and outreach activities. Noise levels are generally low to moderate and consistent with a professional office environment. Hours may occasionally be extended or staggered to support multi-shift recruiting needs and communication with candidates across multiple time zones. For this position, the expected base pay range is $23.27 - $33.66 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
