You'll Supporting Meaningful Work By:
  • Managing the full accounting cycle, including general ledger activities, journal entries, and monthend close tasks.
  • Conducting bank and balance sheet reconciliations, including monthly deep dives to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee diverse accounting functions ranging from sales invoicing and commission reporting to analytical reviews of T&E spend.
  • Analyzing COGS, gross margin variances, and financial trends to provide insights that support decisionmaking.
  • Developing standardized reporting templates and organizing financial data to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
  • Automating data extraction and reporting processes using Excel, Power Query, or Power BI to reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborating crossfunctionally to gather data, support FP&A inquiries, and ensure financial impacts are captured accurately and on time.
  • Translating raw financial data into clear, actionable commentary for leadership and routine reporting needs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related finance function.
  • Core general accounting skills, including GAAP knowledge, fullcycle accounting, general ledger management, and journal entry preparation.
  • Experience performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations, including investigating discrepancies and validating account accuracy.
  • Core financial planning and analytical skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial trends.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to nonfinance stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced, ambiguous environment by proactively problemsolving and building crossfunctional relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
