Position Summary


The Production Technician supports production by ensuring operators have the materials needed to keep workflows moving. This role tracks, verifies, and records materials going to and from the production area while following established procedures and safety guidelines.



Key Responsibilities




  • Maintain material stock for production operators.



  • Track, check, and record material movement.



  • Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.



  • Assist with routine materialhandling tasks as assigned.





Qualifications




  • High school diploma or GED.



  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a production/warehouse environment.



  • Reliable onsite attendance; ability to work nonstandard schedules as needed.





Physical Demands




  • Light work: exert up to 30 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and minimal force constantly.



  • Lifting / Reaching / Movement:




    • Occasionally: sitting.



    • Frequently: standing, reaching up/down, pushing/pulling, visual acuity, handling and finger use.



    • Occasionally: climbing stairs/ladders, kneeling, crawling, stooping/squatting, walking.







Environmental Conditions




  • Frequently: working near moving mechanical parts, production/manufacturing or warehouse environments.



  • Noise level: Moderate.

$22.95/ hr
