These are the qualifications that matter.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience (billing or accounting support experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of accounting or financial processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and promptly
• Review billing information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain billing records and documentation
• Communicate with internal teams to confirm billing details
• Assist with tracking payments and updating billing systems
• Support month-end reporting and reconciliation tasks
• Maintain organized files and financial documentation
