Associate Director, QuadEx, you'll join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting prospective students, new-to-Duke students, and their families. Your work will help strengthen belonging, connection, and student success across the Duke journey.
In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives that shape the earliest and most transformative experiences students and families have with Duke-from admitted-student engagement to family programming to orientation leadership.

Required Qualifications
Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $59,829.00 to USD $88,740.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
