Astrion has an exciting opportunity for anAnalyst IIlocated at theRedstone Test Center, Huntsville, AL. Astrion has worked extensively with the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration where it has earned a reputation for on-time delivery of high-quality products tailored to the needs of its clients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited* college/university and 3 years of experience in one of the following areas, as related to the respective job required: Communication, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Personnel/Human Resource Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, and Environmental specialties; or an Associate's Degree and 5 years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area; or 7 years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area; or 7 years of military training in the assigned specialty area, or a combination thereof. Additional specialization requirements: (e) Program Analyst - 2 years of the required experience must include experience coordinating projects; collecting data, reviewing technical documents compiling statistics and data for projects; writing narratives, managing the execution of inspection programs, creating, monitoring, and maintaining audit files for program compliance.

  • Must be motivated, dependable, and be able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Must have a commitment to customer satisfaction including attention to detail - as well as supportive of process improvements.
  • Must be a proficient user of MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, One Note, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Thorough, detail oriented, and organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and handlemultipleprojects at once
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and independent thinker with out-of-the-box ideasS. Citizenship is required for all applicants.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Possess, or able to obtain a DoD/DoW Secret Security Clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Prefer experience/skills coordinating projects; reviewing technical documents; compiling statistics and data for projects; developing integrated schedules, writing narratives. Professional user of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
  • Experience with U.S. Army and U.S. Army missiles and technologies, and/or knowledge of different types of government funding are pluses.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management highly desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides program management support utilizing ATEC and RTC Test Management tools including ADSS-PMM, CET, VDLS, SharePoint, PRO3, and the Project Management Dashboard. Tracks and coordinates test project documentation (proposals, test plans, reports, etc.), financial status, and schedules ensuring all customers, Acct. Managers, Test Engineers, Divisions and management maintain situational awareness. .
  • Ad-hoc support asrequired.
