Your role

As a Field Service Commercial Coordinator, your mission is to ensure seamless commercial execution for the Field Service team by delivering accurate quoting, diligent tracking, timely invoicing, efficient purchasing, and reliable reporting that supports operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Customer Service Field Manager.

You will



  • Billing: Prepare and maintain weekly project billing worksheets, manage invoice values, ensure accurate supporting documentation, and communicate required purchase order adjustments.
  • Time & Expense Reporting: Review and approve Field Service expense reports, ensure compliance with policies, maintain required documentation, and enter service time weekly.
  • Monthly Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Generate monthly financial reports, update the NIS forecast, support the Credit Memo process, and assist with overall financial review activities.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project status, review subcontractor and intercompany invoices, manage CRM tickets, issue necessary certificates of insurance, and support the Field Service team's commercial workload.

You have 3-5 years of experience, working in a business or finance-related role.



  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interpret contracts in relation to invoicing
  • Knowledge of SAP, CRM, and MS Office

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our manufacturing site and office in Voorheesville, United States (US).
