In this role, you will lead the charge in defining technical approaches, solving complex problems, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software. You'll be instrumental in shaping our technical roadmap, mentoring peers, and driving best practices across the engineering lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Lead the development of product and system code, executing comprehensive testing beyond unit level (e.g., integration, performance, stress, security, load, fuzz).
• Design code with an emphasis on testability and author detailed test case descriptions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to uphold best practices in style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
• Identify and address critical technical debt, implementing solutions to enhance long-term maintainability and modifiability.
• Drive projects to completion, encompassing qualification, end-user documentation, production deployment/monitoring, process automation, and customer support.
• Establish or refine testing, monitoring, and survey infrastructure, systems, or practices.
• Champion engineering excellence, focusing on code health, system maintainability, and scalability.
• Contribute to and adapt existing documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
• Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing root causes and their impact on operations and quality.
• Design systems within your area of expertise, clarifying problems, breaking them down into solvable parts, and assessing trade-offs for coherent design.
• Participate in and drive design reviews with peers and stakeholders, evaluating available technologies. * Set, communicate, and achieve team priorities that align with organizational goals, collaborating with partners to make key decisions.
• Prioritize work, allocate resources equitably, and manage them effectively to deliver significant business impact.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, adapt to change, and remove obstacles to achieve goals during dynamic periods.
