Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Project Manager for a hybrid contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of material change projects across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a broad technical background with 3-tiered applications and experience in production environments, managing initiatives that support infrastructure modernization and risk mitigation programs. Responsibilities: Manage the project/program end-to-end, including scope, timeline, and budget Lead and direct the work efforts of resources that are functionally aligned as part of the program Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project/program Drive, track, and plan execution activities to ensure the delivery of committed deliverables Manage project execution, integration, and implementation, ensuring all applicable change requirements are satisfied Oversee risk management and mitigation planning Manage stakeholder communication, readiness, and change adoption Communicate project status across delivery teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders Adhere to Enterprise Change standards for Program and Project Management Requirements: Proven experience in end-to-end program, project, and financial management Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) Broad technical background with 3-tiered applications and experience operating production environments IT Infrastructure background, with preferred experience in Application Integration, Database Platforms, and Identity Management Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
