The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $145,728.00 to $182,160.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Join our global agile Tech team to drive HR and Legal technology transformation through modern platforms, workflow tools, and AI-enabled solutions that support HR, Legal, and related risk and compliance functions.

Role Overview

As an HR & Legal Corporate Technology Proximity Specialist, you will optimize and deliver technology solutions across the full HR lifecycle, as well as Legal, Compliance, and Risk-related solutions. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, manage cross-functional system implementations, and drive adoption of automation, analytics, and AI capabilities across HR and Legal business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and analyze global and local business requirements for HR and Legal technology solutions; identify standardization, simplification, and automation opportunities using workflow tools and AI.

  • Lead incident and problem management between HR/Legal business stakeholders and support teams for their respective applications; drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

  • Plan and execute rollout and change management for global HR and Legal products, including deployments, integrations, security/controls, and AI features (chatbots, automated workflows, investigation case management, contract lifecycle automation, and HR self-service).

  • Define, measure, and report value realization metrics, including adoption rates, process efficiency, employee experience improvements, risk/control enhancements, and stakeholder satisfaction across HR and Legal functions.

  • Partner with product and architecture teams on requirements, solution design, testing, configuration, and iterative delivery in an agile environment for HR, Legal, and risk/compliance solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Compliance, Group Audit & Risk, and Global Investigations & Security to ensure that technology solutions support regulatory, audit, and investigation needs, including data integrity, traceability, and auditability.

  • Support Contract Management teams by enhancing contract lifecycle tools, electronic signature integrations, templates, and approval workflows to drive speed, consistency, and compliance.

  • Promote best practices, training, and change adoption for HR and Legal technology platforms, ensuring that global and local stakeholders understand processes, capabilities, roles, and governance models.

Required Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or PMI/SHRM/HRIT/Legal Operations certifications preferred).

Experience:

  • 7+ years in business stakeholder management, cross-functional project management, and business systems/data integration with exposure to HR and/or Legal functions.

  • 5+ years in HR technology, HRIS, HR operations and/or Legal Operations / Legal technology with end-to-end system implementation experience.

  • 5+ years in IT product management or product ownership in agile environments (backlog management, feature prioritization, sprint planning, stakeholder alignment).

  • Experience configuring or supporting enterprise HR platforms (core HR, payroll, talent, time & attendance, learning, performance, and engagement) and/or Legal and compliance platforms (matter management, e-billing, contract management, compliance, or risk/audit tools).

  • Hands-on experience with AI, analytics, and automation tools (workflow automation, RPA, chatbots, advanced reporting) applied to HR, Legal, compliance, risk, or audit use cases.

  • FMCG/CPG or AlcBev industry knowledge preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Expert stakeholder management, project planning, and requirements definition across HR, Legal, and risk/compliance teams.

  • Strong deployment, adoption, and change management capabilities for cross-functional platforms.

  • Data integration and lifecycle management for HR and Legal systems, with strong focus on security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into scalable HR and Legal technology solutions that support compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.

  • Agile methodology and product testing expertise, including coordination of HR and Legal stakeholders for UAT and iterative enhancements.

  • Experience with analytics/automation platforms and BI tools to deliver actionable insights and reporting for HR, Legal, compliance, and risk functions.
