In this role, you will collaborate closely with experts on some of North America's most impactful projects, primarily focusing on exciting bridge, tunnel, and marine work. We believe in developing versatile engineers who can apply their skills across various disciplines, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and growth. You are going to work closely with a team of experts and will report to the Head of Engineering. The Resource Manager is responsible for planning and managing resource requirements for projects and business units, ensuring the efficient use of resources. This role supports the Heads of Engineering Canada and USA, enhances cross-border collaboration, and facilitates ongoing improvements to resource management processes. Additionally, it requires a deep understanding of the complexities of a civil engineering consulting business and the ability to achieve billability targets. Your key responsibilities will be:

Base compensation: $104,000 to $161,000 for the North Vancouver office only. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education, experience, skill set and/or location. Got more questions?
