Overview R&P is looking for an experienced Senior Configuration Manager/Task Lead who wants to join our team. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Business Financial Management, Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Senior Configuration Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting program to assist the Navy in constructing the newest class of Frigate. Responsibilities As Task Lead, oversee a team of professionals providing support to the Navy's Configuration Management Coorindator to include but not limited to the folllowing:
Provide overall Configuration & Change Management task leadership demonstrating working knowledge and understanding of the complex requirements and financial analyses required to support the execution of an ACAT 1 shipbuilding program.
