Ability to de-escalate frustrated or anxious voters professionally. Ability to adapt quickly to procedural procedurals or changes. Ability to communicate clearly and calmly under pressure. Excellent people skills with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer incoming calls from voters remaining courteous, nonpartisan, and professional.
