The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $126,000-$170,000 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job DescriptionRed Wing Shoes is seeking a Director of Key Accounts to join our North America Wholesale Department. This role is accountable for leading and expanding Red Wing's most strategic wholesale partnerships. This position serves asresponsible for longterm growth planning, sellin/sellthrough performance, and crossfunctional alignment. The Director will drive strategy acrossthe wholesalechannels, ensuring Red Wing's brand presence and profitability goals are achieved.This leader oversees and develops a team of Key Account Managers,overseeingeffective execution of the strategies in the field and attainment of revenue and profitability goals. Work Environment: Home-based office, withfrequenttraveltocustomer environments (approximately 50%).
