As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters delivering full-cycle high volume hiring across the organization. This role plays a critical part in shaping a modern, data-driven recruitment strategy that attracts diverse, high-quality talent. You'll have the opportunity to influence enterprise hiring practices and drive meaningful business impact.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.

  • Drive enterprise talent acquisition strategies, including talent branding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and candidate experience enhancements.

  • Analyze and present recruitment metrics to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and demonstrate return on investment.

  • Monitor labor market trends, economic conditions, and competitive insights to inform proactive sourcing strategies.

  • Partner with business leaders to align hiring priorities with organizational goals and workforce plans.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, audit requirements, and risk standards.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition or human resources leadership experience

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting or managing recruiters in a high volume environment

  • Experience leading teams in a large or complex organization

  • Demonstrated success using recruitment analytics to drive decision-making
