Norton Community Medical Associates,the primary care practice arm of Norton Medical Group, is recruiting for primary care physicians to join its team of over 400 medical providers specializing in family medicine, internal medicine, internal medicine/pediatrics and urgent care.

About the Positions
- $60,000 sign-on bonus in addition to a $100,000 recruitment incentive for residents or a $60,000 retention bonus for experienced candidates
- Full-time schedules of four days a week or part-time in outpatient-only setting
- Hospitalist coverage for patients is available through more than 90 physicians, and more than 30 advanced practice providers
- Continuing medical education (CME) opportunities within Norton Healthcare and funds available for additional CME
- Norton Medical Group provides support staff in each office with a multifunctional team, led by a practice manager, to handle day-to-day operations, including billing, coding, recruiting, information services and more, allowing physicians to focus on patient care

The physician is responsible for recording a detailed medical history of each patient in the electronic medical record, including, but not limited to, chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history. Performing appropriate physical examination of each patient. Analyzing reports and/or findings of tests and personal examinations in order to assess the medical condition of the patient, including diagnosing the patient's injury or illness and formulating a prognosis.
