What to Expect

With the expansion of Site Programs, Workplace Projects, and Community Engagement, the Content Creation Coordinator role will provide critical signage design & installation support for facility & event needs, write and deploy site communications, and implement signage templates in accordance with Gigafactory Nevada campus design standards. Success in this role requires a balance of design creativity, technical precision, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience taking projects from concept to completion, have rigorous work ethic and design methodology, quick to adapt, and must be a communicative team member.


What You'll Do
  • Implementing internal content plans and editorial calendar to support engagement
  • Deployment of site signage to project locations throughout Gigafactory Nevada, including installing if needed
  • Supporting existing programs and assisting in the development and implementation of new, innovative initiatives to engage and connect employees
  • Identify and drive process improvements for the operations of programs and events
  • Collaborating with designers to review files for install feasibility
  • Operate vinyl cutting machines and plotters to produce precision signage, decals, and workplace graphics
  • Drafting/sketching and designing content for a variety of sources and channels, mostly internal

What You'll Bring
  • 1-2 years of experience in signage design, vinyl cutting and plotter usage, laminator usage, and on-site installations
  • Have the technical abilities to use all print equipment such as vinyl machines, industrial plotters and laminators
  • Be able to work with cross-functional requestors and executives
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe creative suite with some knowledge of contemporary design software (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently while on site (may require climbing ladders, lifting materials, or working in tight spaces)
  • Advanced understanding of graphic design, visual design language and project management
  • Follow OSHA standards for working heights, electrical requirements, or hazardous materials (OSHA 30 certified a plus)
