Work Schedule: This is a full-time, position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Applicants hired into this position will work at various locations across Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a vital role in enhancing the patient and visitor experience while driving revenue, managing expenses, and ensuring operational excellence. You will: Lead and oversee daily operations of four on site gift shops and the Positive Image Salon. Maintain a warm, professional, and compassionate environment in the Positive Image Salon, supporting oncology patients with dignity and care. Drive revenue growth and profitability, ensuring revenues exceed expenses. Execute strong merchandising and product selection strategies tailored to patients, visitors, and staff. Make informed purchasing decisions based on sales trends, patient needs, and inventory performance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field Four (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree, in addition to experience below.
