Director, Global Sales, Business Operations and LATAM San Mateo, CA (hybrid) - will require coming into our San Mateo office 2 times per week* Role overview: Sony Interactive Entertainment seeksa strategic, business-oriented attorney and leader to lead our legal support for the Global Sales and Business Operations ('GSBO)' including across North and South America and regional legal support for Latin America ('LATAM'). This role will report directly to the Senior Director for Global Marketing Sales and Business Operations, Legal and will work closely with our San Mateo, CA based legal team, global legal team and outside counsel. In this global role, you will lead a high-performing legal team supporting a wide range of commercial and strategic legal matters involving support to business teams responsible for the sale and distribution of PlayStation video games, navigating the complex legal landscape of video game distribution, including compliance, negotiation of contracts, and strategy of different models. You will also lead our legal advice and support to SIE's channel sales teams in North and South America, including for LATAM with our offices in Brazil and Mexico, on a wide range of commercial matters across these regions.
